The interactive exhibition explored the ways in which knowledge flows between people and generations in today’s digital society. The wall pieces are accompanied by an audio track accessed through the use of discovery pens. The exhibition looks at how symbols can tell a story. The story on display was the Salmon of Knowledge. Felt is the main material used. Each display told part of the story through symbols. It was really interesting. At the end there are 9 different symbols which look at the 9 different types of intelligence.
After the exhibition we had our snacks before walking to the swimming pool, On the way there we crossed over the pedestrian bridge. The river looked so calm on one side and then very busy on the other beside the weirs. We passed the Augustinian Abbey which is beside St. Muredach’s Cathedral where we will make our First Holy Communion.
